Folkestone was once the best destination in Kent.

The town has been at the centre of British history for nearly 2,000 years and has been the location at which many historic events have taken place.   These events are a valuable resource for the town and its tourism to add to being a modern creative and technical location. 

We want the town to return to that position - but it takes more than just new buildings - it takes imagination, atmosphere and easy and increasingly "green" access over the next 100 years.
