Green Walk (3km distance - allow 1 hour) start by gaining the high ground by taking the Leas Lifts and at the top station turn left and walk along The Leas to The Grand then descend the path to Lower Sandgate Road and return through the Coastal Park to Marine Parade.

Purple Walk (1.7km distance - allow 40 minutes plus shopping time) start by gaining the high ground by taking the Leas Lifts and at the top station turn right to the War Memorial and Folkestone's extensive shopping area. The first part is through the now pedestrianised area which continues through an "S" bend at Rendezvous St before bearing right into the cobbled Bayle St then left into the steeply-graded Old High Street and back to the harbour area.

Orange Walk (1.5km distance - allow 30 minutes) this relatively short route will take you through the oldest part of Folkestone. The first part is via a footpath from the War Memorial to St Mary & St Eanswythe's Church and thence through The Bayle and down steps to the harbour. Those who are unable to use the steps can return via The Old High Street.

Red Walk (1.3km distance - allow 20 minutes) is a short return from the Leas Lifts back to the harbour area and the Stade - ideal before lunch.
